Blueberry Jam

Ingredients:

  • 5 cups blueberries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and remove any stems.
  2. Place them in a saucepan and mash slightly.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice, stir to combine.
  4. Cook over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently until the jam thickens.
  6. Test a small amount on a chilled plate — if it wrinkles, it’s ready.
  7. Remove from heat, skim any foam, and pour into sterilized jars.
  8. Seal and store once cooled.
