Blueberry Jam
Ingredients:
- 5 cups blueberries
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
- Wash the blueberries thoroughly and remove any stems.
- Place them in a saucepan and mash slightly.
- Add sugar and lemon juice, stir to combine.
- Cook over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring frequently until the jam thickens.
- Test a small amount on a chilled plate — if it wrinkles, it’s ready.
- Remove from heat, skim any foam, and pour into sterilized jars.
- Seal and store once cooled.
