Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
2 tbsp butter, melted
4 large flour tortillas
Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble Wraps
Lay out the tortillas. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading it down the center of each tortilla. Roll them up tightly.
- Toast the Wraps
Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter (optional: mix the butter with a pinch of garlic powder for extra garlic flavor).
Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve & Enjoy
Slice in half if desired. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce — ranch, garlic mayo, or sour cream.
