 Bread in 10 Minutes (No Oven, No Yeast)

This is a soft, fluffy pan bread you can make anytime!

 Ingredients

For the Bread:

  • 4 cups (480 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup (220 g) plain yogurt
  • 1 cup (200 ml) water (warm, not hot)
  • 1 packet (10 g) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon (8 g) salt
  • 1 tablespoon (10 ml) vegetable oil

 Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the yogurt, water, and vegetable oil.
  3. Mix with a spoon, then knead by hand for 3–4 minutes until soft and smooth.
    • If sticky, add a little flour.
    • If dry, add a spoon of water.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.

 Cooking (No Oven)

  1. Divide the dough into small balls.
  2. Roll each ball into a flat circle (like flatbread).
  3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat (no oil or very little).
  4. Cook each bread 2–3 minutes per side until golden and puffed.
  5. Flip and cook the other side.

 Serving Tips

  • Brush with butter or olive oil
  • Serve with cheese, honey, jam, or soup
  • Can be used for sandwiches or wraps

  • Keep heat medium (not high)
  • Cover the pan for extra softness
